Returns:

We do not accept returns on fabrics, as these are difficult to re-sell. If you are unsure about a fabric, please call to order a swatch at $1/ea.

Brigitte's Place does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable or error free. Price and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

We try our best to get the true color of every fabric in our pictures.  However, pictures will never be exactly the same as the real product. As we don't accept returns on fabrics, please call to order a swatch ($1) if you are unsure.

 

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed unless otherwise stated. 

 

Due to the set up of our website, yard fractions cannot be entered. We recommend rounding up to the nearest yard, or give us a call with a custom amount. Please keep in mind that we only sell in increments of a quarter yard.

 

Classes:

If you need to cancel a scheduled class or private lesson, we require a 48 hour notice for a refund. If you notify us with less time, we will move you to the next available class or time-slot for a private lesson.

 

If a child is unable to attend a scheduled summer camp session, we require a 1 week notice for a refund. Otherwise we will try to accommodate them in a different session.

 

All children must be dropped of by a parent or family member inside the shop. A parent or family member must also enter the shop at time of pick up. We will not allow a child to exit the building on their own. Please call or text if you will be late in picking up your child, traffic happens, we understand.

 

Our maximum class size is 10, which allows enough support for each child in the class. 

 

Hold Harmless:

Brigitte's Place will be held harmless from loss or injury before, during or after classes. Sewing is done with machinery and sharp objects, such as scissors and pins.

 

Photo Release:

Brigitte's Place is granted the right to take photos of students for use in marketing materials. The names of students will never be made public. Brigitte's Place will be held harmless against any liability, loss or damage from any use of the images.
